Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours
Drop-Off & Pick-Up: 7:45 AM - 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Planning is key! These scheduled windows help us maintain our dogs' routines and ensure our staff can provide the best possible care during peak activity hours.
After-Hours Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules don't go as planned. If you need to pick up your dog outside our regular hours, a $10 late fee will be applied to your account, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

- Favorite toys or comfort items
- Current up-to-date vaccination records
- Emergency contact information
